The safety of our artists, fans, and staff is always our top priority and planned for accordingly. We encourage those who are sick to stay home, and remind everyone coming to our venues to wash their hands regularly with soap and water and use hand sanitizer.
We continue to implement preventive measures at all Live Nation Venues in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health agencies. We have taken the following steps to help ensure the health and safety of everyone who walks into our buildings:
• Extra hand sanitizer dispensers at all bathroom areas, concessions stands, lobbies, offices and backstage
• Additional signage and messaging in restrooms, backstage and offices to help reinforce basic health and hygiene practices
• Eliminating hand pump condiment dispensers, providing individual packages instead
• Granting fans ability to bring disposable wipes and hand sanitizers into all venues
• Janitorial staff equipped with additional USDA and Food Code compliant disinfectants and wipes for immediate cleaning response
• Increased frequency of cleaning routines and disinfection of high touch areas

IS AUGUST HALL AN ALL AGES VENUE?
Most shows at August Hall are all ages with the occasional age restriction., Please check each show’s event description for specified age restrictions. If a show has an age restriction it will be clearly marked on the event page. * NOTE: Babes in arms are not permitted – all children must be able to walk themselves through the door.
IF A SHOW IS 18+ OR 21+ WHAT FORM OF ID DO I NEED TO BRING?
Acceptable forms of ID are:
• A valid and current (not expired) driver’s license.
• A valid and current (not expired) state identification card.
• A military identification card.
• United States and Foreign Passports.
Unacceptable forms of ID are:
• Valid identification cards that are expired, borrowed, stolen, forged or counterfeit.
• United States immigration identification cards.

IS THERE A SMOKING SECTION?
Anyone over the age of21 with a valid/current ID can step outside of the venue to smoke. Re-entry will not be permitted for anyone under 21.
DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET?
Anyone attending the concert needs to have their own ticket regardless of age. August Hall discourages anyone under the age of four from attending with the exception of events specifically tailored toward children. *Note: Strollers and baby carriers are strictly prohibited.
DOES AUGUST HALL OFFER SEATING?
August Hall is a general admission venue with limited seating. for shows that are listed as partially seated, seats are available on a first come first serve basis.
ARE THERE ATMS AVAILABLE? DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, ATMs are available throughout the venue.
We also accept all major credit cards.
DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?
Yes coat check is available for every show. Coats are $2 each, bags are $5 each. Coat Check is cash only.
DOES AUGUST HALL HAVE A DRESS CODE?
We respectfully ask that shirts, pants (or shorts) and shoes are worn at August Hall.
ARE YOU HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?
Yes. Non-professional cameras are allowed in August Hall as long as the performer / management has not specified otherwise (check our website / your order confirmation for details).

DOES AUGUST HALL OFFER FOOD AND DRINKS?
Yes, food and drink are available for purchase at the venue.
CAN I BRING A REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE OR HYDRATION PACK TO THE EVENT?
As long as the water bottle or hydration pack is empty upon arrival, August Hall encourages reusable containers to reduce waste.
IS IT OK TO BRING A PURSE OR BAG WITH ME?
Small to medium sized personal bags, purses, and backpacks are permitted into the venue. If a bag or backpack is too big, you may be asked by security to check your item in Coat Check for the comfort of other attendees.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN’T BRING TO THE CONCERT?

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS TO AUGUST HALL?
Tickets are available online or at our box office located at 420 Mason St. The box office is open on Fridays from 4-8PM. The box office is also open on all show nights 30 minutes prior to doors and remains open for the majority of the show.
CAN I BUY TICKETS IN PERSON?
If the show has not sold out in advance, tickets will be available for purchase at our Box Office, located at 420 Mason Street. Tickets will also be available for purchase during show hours at FIFTH ARROW just downstairs from the venue’s lobby / next door to the venue.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
There are no refunds or exchanges on any August Hall tickets.
I PURCHASED MY TICKET BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT IN MY EMAIL YET – WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?
There is a delivery delay placed on all of our shows to combat scalping and fraudulent purchases. Tickets will be sent out at least 48 hours prior to event.
I DON’T HAVE MY TICKET PRINTED OUT, CAN I USE THE TICKET ON MY PHONE TO ENTER THE VENUE?
Digital tickets on your smartphone are an easy and green alternative to a paper ticket or printout. If you are using a PDF or a screenshot on your phone please make sure that the Bar Code or QR Code is clear (not blurry) and that the brightness on your phone is turned all the way up to help the scanner read your ticket.

Our restaurant, cocktail bar, and gaming parlor Fifth Arrow is located right next door and is open before most shows. Stop by for dinner and drinks* and you’ll be eligible for expedited entry into August Hall. PLUS: Because Fifth Arrow is connected to August Hall’s lobby, you’ll be able to go straight from the restaurant to the dance floor without even having to step outside.
